I found that the experience with Dr Chana very reassuring. The surgery he performed on my difficult right knee at Ashford hospital recently was excellent. It was correctly pointed out to me post-op (on discharge) that the home exercises were very important to my recovery. How correct that was! Thank you very much. Dr.Chana was very helpful explained every thing in details always smiling. Explained not only in English but also in my native language. Made me feel relaxed. Came to see me after the operation. Assured me of successful operation. Post operation appointment also went very well. As usual he was very courteous, checked me thoroughly and was pleased with the improvement. I was moved over to Dr Chana's list last minute just before my scheduled hip replacement and as I had never met him felt very anxious about the forthcoming operation. Dr Chana contacted me and understood my apprehensions and immediately arranged a meeting, interrupting his busy schedule, to put my mind at rest. Dr Chana is a very kind and patient man, listening to all your concerns, never rushing you, always making you feel important and safe.
